The work we do most often for civil and survey offices. Every drawing is drawn on your template and delivered as DWG and PDF for your review and seal. If your job is not listed here, ask.
Survey drafting
We turn field data into finished survey drawings on your layers and in your title block. Send a point file and field notes, a scanned sketch, or a drawing that needs finishing. Before we draw, we check the shots against your notes and flag anything that looks off.
For example: topographic surveys, boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS base drawings, plats, certified survey maps.

Site plan sheets
We draft the civil sheets in a site development set from your design, markups and base survey. That can be one sheet for a small permit or the whole C-series for a subdivision.
For example: site plans, grading and drainage, utility plans, paving, erosion and sediment control, details.
Exhibits
We draft exhibits for permits, hearings and recording, to the county or city format they are going to.
For example: easement exhibits, zoning exhibits, setback and buffer site plans, annexation maps.
The surveyor of record writes and signs any legal description.
Redline revisions
We pick up your redlines and agency comment letters and turn the revised sheets around on a date you set. Revision clouds, delta tags and revision blocks are updated, and you get a list matching each comment to the sheet that changed.
Plan and profile sheets
We draft plan-and-profile sheets for linear work from your alignment and profile design, with stationing, match lines, structure data and crossings labeled.
For example: storm and sanitary extensions, water main replacements, street reconstruction.
CAD templates and standards
We build a working template from your recent sheets, so every set leaves your office looking the same: layers, linetypes, text styles, title block, plot styles and a short written standard.
Other drafting work
