Civil drafting for engineers and surveyors
Send what you have, from a single redline to a full sheet set. We return drawings on your CAD standards and in your title block, ready for your review and seal.
Services
All services

Survey drafting
Topographic and boundary drawings, ALTA/NSPS base files and plats from your field data.

Site plan sheets
Site, grading, utility, paving and erosion control sheets from your design and markups.

Exhibits
Easement, zoning, setback and critical area exhibits for permits and recording.

Redline revisions
Agency comments and resubmittals, revised and back to you on a date you set.
Also plan and profile sheets, CAD templates and other drafting work. Drawing details above come from our sample sheet, which uses made-up data.
A site plan, before and after
An existing site plan, updated for a sunroom near a wetland in King County, Washington. The project and its data are made up. The drafting is real: wetland flags tied to three found corners, the 110 ft buffer and 10 ft setback from the county code, and the shortest distance from the new slab to each line.

Questions
Do you stamp or seal drawings?
No. Sugar River Drafting provides drafting only. The licensed engineer or surveyor of record reviews, seals and issues every sheet.
Can you work on our template?
Yes. Send your template or a recent sheet set and we match your layers, linetypes, text styles, plot styles and title block. If you have no template, we can build one.
Can we start with something small?
Yes. Many firms start with one sheet or one redline to see how we work.
What happens to our project data?
We use it for your job and nothing else. We never publish it or put it in our samples. We sign your NDA on request.
How do you price?
Per job or by the hour, agreed in writing before we start.
Tell us about the work
